Visit & Hospitality Accord
Between Felix Tejland (hereinafter "the Visitor"), of Barcelona, and Marinela Turevici (hereinafter "the Host"), a national of the Republic of Moldova, presently residing in Bucharest:
Whereas the Parties were introduced in the city of Barcelona in the month of May, 2026, through mutual acquaintance and athletic pursuit;
And whereas the Parties did, in the days following, pursue a number of joint activities of a sporting, scenic, and personal nature, culminating in certain mutual undertakings of which this Accord is the formal record;
And whereas the Host has formally demanded an executed instrument bearing seal and signature in respect thereof;
Now therefore the Parties agree as follows:
Article I — Purpose of Visit
The Visitor shall undertake a trip to the city of Bucharest, on a date to be agreed by mutual correspondence between the Parties, for the purposes set out in Articles III–V herein.
Article II — Duration & Logistics
- 2.1Duration: not fewer than three (3) consecutive days; not more than to be negotiated.
- 2.2Travel: at the Visitor's own expense.
- 2.3Accommodation: shall be provided by the Host for the entirety of the Visit, the same forming a material term of this Accord.
Article III — Duties of the Host
- 3.1 The Host shall provide accommodation of a standard not less than that previously enjoyed by the Visitor at the Host's residence in Barcelona on the weekend of the 22nd–24th May, 2026, said standard being incorporated herein by reference as the agreed minimum.
- 3.2To provide cultural orientation in respect of the city of Bucharest.
- 3.3To recommend, and where feasible accompany the Visitor to, restaurants of acceptable standard.
- 3.4To exercise reasonable patience with the Visitor's pronunciation of Romanian place-names.
Article IV — Reciprocal Obligations of the Visitor
- 4.1 The Visitor shall present himself in Bucharest punctually, properly dressed, and bearing one (1) gift of modest taste.
- 4.2 The Visitor shall deliver, in private quarters and over the course of the Visit, five (5) hours in aggregate — accruable in such sittings as the Parties may agree — of intimate personal hospitality, the specific nature of which is understood by both Parties and incorporated herein by reference rather than by recital, for reasons of decorum.
Article V — Cuisine & Cultural Orientation
- 5.1 The Host shall prepare, and the Visitor shall in good faith attempt, at least one (1) traditional dish of the Host's nation of origin or country of residence, including but not limited to plăcintă, mămăligă cu brânză, zeamă, sarmale, or mici.
Article VI — Termination
This Accord may be terminated only by written consent of both Parties, or by an act of God affecting Henri Coandă International Airport.
Article VII — Governing Law
This Accord shall be governed by the laws of common sense and prevailing affection, and any disputes shall be settled informally over wine.
Schedule A — Indicative Itinerary
To be appended by the Host. Suggested entries include: a walking tour of the Old Town; a visit to Cărturești Carusel; dinner at a place she actually likes; one (1) afternoon of nothing in particular.
